Cassiopea After several trips around the Mediterranean and northern Europe, the
Cassiopea, a yacht of our classic Endurance 35 line, set sail for a journey
around the world. It is a relaxed trip across all the seas of this world just
because they are there. Here we give you some pictures and comments we receive
from her owner as he reaches new destinations.

Chicoutimi, Canada - Winter 1990
This is how Cassiopea spent winter: -40C.
What you see ahead is Saguenay fjord, through
where we arrived sailing.
The ship stood perfectly the low temperatures.

"We are writing from a beautiful little island south of the Marquesas,
in the French Polynesia, after two long journeys over the Pacific. The first one,
a 3100 mile trip, from the Galapagos Islands to the Gambiar Atoll with strong
winds (over 30 knots) and breaking waves over 6 meters. It was an easterly wind
and we sailed too fast, with the genoa half furled, arriving to Gambiar in 21
days."
